1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia
250 gr. di salmone affumicato
1 porro
2 uova
120 ml. di panna liquida
olio
sale
pepe
Tagliare il porro a rondelle e farlo rosolare in padella con un po' d'olio. Quando è a cottura quasi ultimata aggiungere il salmone a striscioline e cuocere ancora 5 minuti. Nel frattempo sbattere le uova con la panna, sale e pepe, e amalgamare il tutto al porro e salmone quando si saranno intiepiditi. Foderare una teglia rotonda con la pasta sfoglia e versarvici il ripieno. Ripiegare i bordi e cuocere per 30 minuti in forno preriscaldato a 180°. Servire tiepida o fredda!
Ricetta molto particolare e adatta anche a pranzi importanti. Gustosissima.
